I was very fortunate for having been introduced to Scott Miller approximately two years ago. It was a difficult time for me because my husband had just died and there was a lot of work that I had to do in order to sell my house and property in Mequon, WI before relocated to the Madison area. It took about one year to finalize the sale. This was not the first time that I had been involved with building a new house. I chose Scott as my builder because of his positive attitude and I was very impressed by the quality of the homes that Scott had built.

Scott provided advice and assistance in all areas of my home construction from finding the perfect lot, selecting the house plan, making changes on the plan to accommodate for a more pleasing design, assisting in various choices of materials thru the actual building process. Scott was always upbeat, innovative, flexible, listened to all of my concerns, and worked well with his subcontractors. He was always cost conscious and kept me updated as to costs, the construction time line and problems that were encountered because of the extensive spring rains.

I am so very happy with my new home and the energy conservation materials that we incorporated. This was a very positive experience; one that I would not hesitate to do again with Scott’s help. When the house became more of a reality for us you really went the extra mile to ensure that the transaction went smoothly and helped to ensure the sale of our home. It is rare to see nowadays a person who will help out, for example, helping us move in some very heavy furniture and when one of the contingencies on our house was the south side siding be fixed you came over right away and fixed it for us with no hassles or problems and NO CHARGE!
